Symptom
The LDVR intermittently fails to record due to HyperThreading.
1) Restart the computer. You must perform the next step before the operating system boot begins.
2) Enter LDVR BIOS as described here
3) After entering the BIOS, on the main page, select the Hyper-Threading option and press <Enter>.
4) Select DISABLE.
5) Save the changes and exit the BIOS.
Resolution
To disable hyperthreading:1) Restart the computer. You must perform the next step before the operating system boot begins.

4) Select DISABLE.
5) Save the changes and exit the BIOS.
