Why does the NGP LCD keypad show messages in other languages?
Answer
If a keypad is installed and configured before any NGP users are assigned:
- When the first keypad is installed, it presents all screens rotating through four languages: Dutch, English, French, and Spanish.
- Each NGP User that is assigned must select his Panel User Language preference.
- Once this is done, each keypad will display its screens only in the set of languages chosen by the NGP users. If the keypad is installed and configured after NGP users are configured, then only step 3 applies.
