ACU Model Needs To Be Changed (Licensing issue)
Error:
"application is licensed to run"
The License Utility appears to run successfully on ACU systems, but FCWnx displays an RPC error when opening. The error displays in the Diag View along with a list of ALL controllers.
Procedure Steps
- Verify the error message. The error should read:
"Controller Type License Violation. Only the following controller types are supported: ACU2x, ACU2XL8, ACU2XL16, ACURS2, ACURS4, ACUVision, M5/M3000PNXPlus, M2000PXNPlus, DirecDoorPXNPlus". - Open SQL.
- Expand the SecurePerfect database.
- Right-click on the MicroTable and select Edit top 200 rows.
- Locate all micros containing a value of 12 in the model column and change it to 20.
