Problem Overview
The error message:
“The client was unable to access the LicenseHandler and to verify that the services are running on the server HR8007005”
The client sends this RPC error despite the License Utility running successfully.
Detailed Description
Verify that the services are running on the server.
Add secure as a local admin on both the Client and on the Server.
