Symptom

The error:
DBSETUP_CTE_LOG is missing

May display when updating OnGuard 6.0 to 7.0 or higher in Database Setup.

Execute the following query against the AccessControl database:

insert into DBSETUP_CTE_LOG (OG_BUILDID, CTE_NAME, TABLE_NAME) values ('50148003', 'Upgrade_6_0_EnterpriseAllocation', 'VISIT')
