Symptom
On an NGP keypad, the yellow LED is lit and System Trouble is displayed; however, if you check system status, the panel reports "System OK."
Resolution
You must set the number of inputs/outputs to the actual number of inputs/outputs wired to the main NGP alarm panel. If the NGP alarm panel is configured with an incorrect number of inputs/outputs, then the NGP keypad will get into this state.
