Question
What are the NGP keypad banner messages?
Answer
At the NGP keypad, 'Enter ID' is displayed on the lower line of the LCD display. On the upper line, there are 2 banner messages that alternate (cycled by the X function key on the keypad). The messages are 1) your LCD keypad system message, and 2) the date/time.
For an NGP panel in World region = Europe or United Kingdom:
The “Was in Tamper” banner message on the Keypad (as a third message on the keypad banner) displays after the following steps:
1. No one is logged into the keypad.
2. The cabinet tamper condition occurs.
3. The cabinet tamper condition is cleared.
As soon as the user logs in to the keypad, and logs back out again, the "Was in Tamper" message is not displayed on the banner. This is the expected behavior.
