Symptom
Installation of the LNVR App Context Prereq is failing and following the instructions in KB article #3390 did not resolve the issue.
Resolution
- If installing from a mounted ISO or disc, move the contents.
- Open the setup.ini file in Notepad.
- Locate the following text, and then remove it from the file:
Delete PreReq8=LNVRAppContextPreReq.prq
Note: The PreReq number may differ between versions. - Save the file, and then install the LNVR App Context Prereq again.
Applies To
OnGuard 7.0 (untested in other versions)
Additional Information
This should not be done in environments that have LNVRs or will implement them.
