Stop the services in the following order:

1. LS Mobile Monitoring Video Transcoder (on the LNVR)
2. LS Linkage Service
3. LS Application Service
4. LS Mobile Monitoring Service
5. LS DataConduIT Service

Make sure all services are completely stopped by confirming in the Task Manager.

Start the services in the following order:

1. LS DataConduIT Service
2. LS Linkage Server
3. LS Application Server
4. LS MobileMonitoring
5. LS Video Transcoder Service
