Symptom
There is a time difference of one hour in OnGuard applications when Daylight Savings Time begins or ends.
Resolution
1) Double-click on the clock in the Windows system tray.
2) In the Date and Time Properties window, select the Time Zone tab.
3) Ensure that the Automatically adjust clock for daylight savings changes check box is selected. If this check box was not selected, manually correct the time on the Date & Time tab, if necessary.
4) In System Administration, select Access Panels from the Access Control menu.
5) On the Location tab for each access panel, ensure the Daylight savings check box is selected.
