The times listed on a muster report in Alarm Monitoring are off by one hour.
To verify whether you have the latest cumulative time zone update, visit the Daylight Saving Time Help and Support Center on the Microsoft Support Web site: http://support.microsoft.com
Once the update has been successfully deployed, the times listed should be correct when the report is run again.

To resolve this issue, verify that you have the latest cumulative time zone update for Microsoft Windows. This update should be deployed to all computers in the OnGuard system.To verify whether you have the latest cumulative time zone update, visit the Daylight Saving Time Help and Support Center on the Microsoft Support Web site: http://support.microsoft.com
Once the update has been successfully deployed, the times listed should be correct when the report is run again.
