Symptom
In OnGuard 6.1.222 (with no hot fixes), using an Oracle 10g database on Windows Server 2003 with local machine authentication, Single Sign-on is not working. Directory was set up as a Windows Vista/XP Workstation.
Resolution
Run Domain.exe from the OnGuard\doc\DataConduIT Troubleshooting folder. Change the directory type in OnGuard to NT4 Domain. Type the NT4 domain reported by Domain.exe and set authentication to Current User.
