Multi-Dropped Devices
For both Schlage ENGAGE Gateways and PIMs, there are device addresses on the Schlage side, and a combined board and device addresses used in the System Administration application to define the same object.
Basically, Schlage will uniquely address each device:
• From 0 - 79 on the Gateway
• From 0-127 on the PIM
With OnGuard, the address count is reset to 0 each time a new board (Gateway/PIM) is added.
