Why are the Export Video and PTZ options disabled in Video Viewer/Alarm Monitoring?
Answer
The export video and PTZ options are disabled whenever the camera view is in matrix mode, or when a static template is selected.
To use these features, select the single camera view from the Template Mode drop-down.
