How do I use the text field filter for user transaction reports?
Answer
There are many choices for what value to enter into the text field when you are filtering a user transaction report. This article will explain what options are available based upon whether you select Object, Type, or Details.
If you select Details, you should enter the name of the specific object you are looking for (i.e. if searching for who modified a cardholder, you should enter the cardholder name). This is usually the best method to use when looking for a specific transaction.
