Symptom
Virus scanners identify a FLEXnet license as a virus, and deactivate it.
Resolution
In the virus scanner options, add the C:\Program Files x86\OnGuard\LicenseServerConfig folder and C:\ProgramData\FLEXnet folder to the Ignore section.
