OnGuard 8.3 or later: HTTPS port 443 must be open to the Internet on the computer where the software-based license is being activated. If this port is not open, the license can only be activated by calling LenelS2 Systems Integration Group (SIG).

OnGuard 8.2 or earlier: HTTP port 8888 must be open to the Internet on the computer where the software-based license is being activated. If this port is not open, the license can only be activated by calling LenelS2 Systems Integration Group (SIG).

Additional Information

Note that HTTPS port 443 (OnGuard 8.3 and later) or HTTP port 8888 (OnGuard 8.2 and earlier) is required for online activation and deactivation. While the port does not need to be added as a firewall exception, it should not be restricted or filtered.
