Symptom
A Region ID error occurs in the BadgeAccessTable when adding a credential in a global system where the ID of the global server is not set to 1 in the Region table.
Resolution
- Open the BadgeAccessTable.
- Set the default region ID from 1 to the correct number.
- In SQL Management Studio, expand Databases, SecurePerfect, Tables, BadgeAccessTable, and Columns.
- Right-click on CurrentRegionID and select Modify.
- Update the default value.
