Symptom
In System Administration and ID CredentialCenter, on the Cardholders folder Access Level form, the [Modify] button is disabled, preventing the addition of access levels to a cardholder.
After a badge has been assigned, the [Modify] button will be enabled.
Note: The user must have proper permissions to add or modify cardholder access levels.
Resolution
This is normal behavior if a badge has not yet been assigned to the cardholder.After a badge has been assigned, the [Modify] button will be enabled.
