Symptom
Tango 2E printer prints the back of a badge on the second card after verifying that the badge design is correct.
Resolution
- Select Start > Printers and Faxes, and then right click on the Magicard Rio/Tango 2e and select Printing Preferences.
- On the Printer tab under Printer Model, select Tango 2E. If Rio is selected, the printer will print the back of the badge on the second card because the Rio printer cannot flip badges.
- Under Duplex Printing, select Both Sides.
