Symptom
When re-assigning a System Default Alarm Definition to something other than the Default Device, and then trying to re-assign it back to the Default Device, you might encounter the following error:
You are trying to add a system default assignment, this is not allowed.Resolution
Before you run the following script, log out of all applications (System Administration, Alarm Monitoring, and so on) running on the system so that it will properly pick up the changes to the alarm. This includes all clients and servers.
