Symptom
The intrusion receiver reports "Communication Trouble" with SIA event "YS" for all events sent by a NGP panel.
Resolution
Do not set the NGP panel SIA/CID reporting mode to SIA Level 3 reporting. Set it to SIA Level 2 or Contact ID.
