NGP intrusion panels - SIA/CID central station reporting limitation
General Information
When SIA/CIA communication is enabled for NGP intrusion panels and Contact ID is used as the central station reporting format, the following limitations should be noted:
For NGP-2220i, NGP-3300i & NGP-3320: If the customer configures more than 98 areas for this panel, all areas greater than 98 will report as “area 99” at the central station. Contact ID only supports three (3) digits for identifying a zone.
For NGP-3300i and NGP-3320i: If the customer configures more than 512 inputs for this panel, all inputs greater than 512 will report as “input 513” at the central station. Contact ID only supports two (2) digits for reporting area information.
For NGP-2220i, NGP-3300i & NGP-3320: If the customer configures more than 98 areas for this panel, all areas greater than 98 will report as “area 99” at the central station. Contact ID only supports three (3) digits for identifying a zone.
