Symptom
In System Administration, the Intrusion Mask Group option does not appear in the Group Type drop-down.
If you attempt to add a mask group for the LNL-500, LNL-1000, or LNL-2000, you will not have the option to add an intrusion mask group.
This limitation is by design, due to the high memory requirements needed to support the intrusion mask group functionality.
Resolution
Intrusion mask groups can only be added to LNL-2220 and LNL-3300 access panels. You must select one of these types of access panels in the Access Panel drop-down. This is found on the Mask Groups form, by selecting Access Control > Groups.If you attempt to add a mask group for the LNL-500, LNL-1000, or LNL-2000, you will not have the option to add an intrusion mask group.
