IDRC Reader 2 flashes red / green / red green when reader 1 stays red

With LNL-2220, Reader 1 flashes red, and Reader 2 flashes red...green...red...green.
 

Resolution

In the ACS.INI file, add the following settings for the system to have the LED remain a steady red. After adding the setting, save the ACS.INI file, and then restart the Communications Server.

This happens because there is a slight change in components on the Mercury panels. The HID readers have a fluctuation that the panel is not expecting. This causes the flashing LED.
