How to force a ScanShell 800 to perform a calibration
Procedure Steps
1) On the computer where the ScanShell 800 is connected, navigate to the following folder.In Windows XP or Windows Server 2003:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Card Scanning Solutions
In Windows Vista, Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008:
C:\ProgramData\Card Scanning Solutions
2) Rename folder ScanShell800 to ScanShell800old.
The next time a scan is attempted, the ScanShell800 folder will be recreated, and the ScanShell 800 will require calibration.
