Process to Reset the NGP Panel
Procedure Steps
- Put the panel into tamper so you can see the LEDs (open the case door).
- Reboot the panel (recycle power) while pressing the Config button on the SOM.
- Keep the Config button pressed until the red LED is solid on (to give a chance to NOT wipe everything). All three LEDs on the SOM will flash 10 times before this happens. Releasing the button (and not re-pressing it) will leave the green LED turned on, and boot will continue normally.
