Symptom
"Failed to Report Expected Event" is not received after the expected event duration.
The event "Failed to Report Expected Event" would be received when no other events occur within a defined event duration for a specific receiver account configured in System Administration. These events are configured in an Event Code Template that is assigned to the receiver account.
Resolution
Verify that:
- the Event Code Template is set to report the event.
- the Linkage Server is running.
