Badge Design Programming with List Builder Lists Will Not Function in BadgeDesigner After Upgrade from OnGuard 2006 or Earlier (OG-15935)

Detailed Description

Any badge layout programming configured in BadgeDesigner that uses controlling fields with List Builder lists will not function after an upgrade from OnGuard 2006 (5.12.110) or earlier. This may cause the badge design for newly printed badges that use any UDF drop-down fields configured with List Builder to be incorrect. To resolve this issue, run the Program Badge Repair Utility located at \Program Files\OnGuard\ProgramBadgeRepairUtility.exe after running Database Setup to upgrade your database.
