Why can't I close the Main Alarm Monitor window in Alarm Monitoring?
If you do not want the Main Alarm Monitor window to display when logging into Alarm Monitoring, you can minimize it, then select Save Settings Now from the Options menu.
From now on, when you log into Alarm Monitoring, this and any other saved settings will be loaded.
Note that each individual OnGuard user can have different settings customized and saved.
