Symptom
Using FAC mode only and receives Access Granted but relays are not triggering.
Swapping LNL-1300/1320s does not work, and upgrading to the latest firmware does not work.

Resolution
On the Access Control > Readers and Doors > General tab, confirm that Elevator is not selected. If it is selected, it will appear that access was granted but will not trigger the relay.
