How do I determine the maximum number of cardholders that can be downloaded to an access panel?

Answer

  1. Go to System Administration > Access Control > Access Panels.
  2. Select the access panel.
  3. Go to the Options tab, and then click [Modify].
  4. Enter 999999 in the Cardholders field.
  5. Click [OK]. The following message will appear, where 12345 is the maximum number of cardholders that can be downloaded to the access panel:
    "The number of cardholders cannot exceed 12345."
  6. Click [OK]. Space will be allocated for the number of cardholders listed in step 5, once a database download is performed with the access panel.
