Symptom
The OHNET Receiver (OH -2000) does not go online by itself when the OHNetworkReceiver service is started after the Comm Server
Resolution
Use the suggested work around - Manually set OHNET offline and then online to establish a connection.
Applies To
OnGuard 7.6 and its Updates (Update 1, 2 and 3)

This is already resolved in OnGuard 8.0 and above.
