How to enter a new PIN code on a Schlage SERIII-W Scramble Keypad when the keypad is still active
Procedure Steps
If a cardholder approaches a Schlage SERIII-W Scramble Keypad, and all keys on the reader are illuminated, the cardholder can perform the following steps to enter the PIN and gain access.1) Press the star [*] key.
2) Press the pound [#] key.
3) Enter the correct PIN code.
If a cardholder approaches a Schlage SERIII-W Scramble Keypad, and only the star [*] key is illuminated, the cardholder can perform the following steps to enter the PIN and gain access.
1) Press the * (star) key.
2) Enter the correct PIN code.
