In order to ensure that OnGuard and LenelS2 NVR properly communicate with Interlogix cameras, follow the steps below.
Procedure Steps
- On the camera or encoder webpage, navigate to Configuration > Image.
- Change the profile to use the Basic (Base) Profile.
- Change the I-Frame interval to match the FPS.
- Confirm the bitrate is set to a value that is realistic.
