Changing the CMS badge replacement reason
Procedure Steps
When issuing a replacement CMS badge, the default replacement reason is LOST. However, you can change the replacement reason by adding the following acs.ini setting:

CMSReplacementReason=DAMAGEDThe following are the possible replacement reasons:
- LOST
- STOLEN
- DAMAGED
