How do I give a group of OnGuard users the authority to assign One Free Pass (anti-passback violation) to a cardholder?
1) From the Administration menu, select Users.
2) Click the Cardholder Permission Groups tab, then click the Badge sub-tab.
3) Select the permission group from the listing window.
4) Click [Modify].
5) Select the Badge and Modify check boxes.
6) Click [OK] to save the changes to the permission group.
To further limit the permissions of users, the field/page permission group assigned to the users must be updated to allow or deny specific permissions.

Note that by enabling the permissions described in this article, the users assigned to the cardholder permission group will also have other rights to badge modification, including activating or deactivating badges, changing badge expiration dates, etc.To further limit the permissions of users, the field/page permission group assigned to the users must be updated to allow or deny specific permissions.
