Symptom
For web modules, the error message Application not licensed is shown.
Resolution
Confirm the following:
- The client has a valid subscription license.
- The expiration date on the license is not more than 364 days in the future.
- The expiration date is in the MM/DD/YYYY format
- The version of the subscription license is the same as the version of OnGuard the client is running. You might need to check with SIG to confirm.
