Symptom
Essex Electronics K1 Keypad is not working with OnGuard
Resolution
- The keypad needs to be configured for Wiegand output and its facility code set. Essex Electronics Technical Support can assist with this. This is not covered in the manufacturer documentation.
- After the keypad is configured, add a 26-bit card format with the correct Facility Code to OnGuard.
- OnGuard will then treat the Facility Code as if it were a credential.
