Windows Server 2008: Enabling Video Export (OG-17701)
Right-click My Computer and select Manage.
Click on Features in the navigation tree.
Click the Add Features link.
Select the Desktop Experience check box and click [Install].
Note: This installation requires a reboot. After Desktop Experience has been installed, export to ASF will work successfully.
Detailed Description
To allow Windows Server 2008 to export video, complete the following steps:Right-click My Computer and select Manage.
Click on Features in the navigation tree.
Click the Add Features link.
Select the Desktop Experience check box and click [Install].
