Why does the ISC firmware appear as 'Not Current' in Alarm Monitoring?

Question

Why does the ISC firmware appear as Not Current in Alarm Monitoring?

Answer

The current versions of firmware for each version of OnGuard are listed in the LnlFwVersions.ini file.

For example:

[Lenel]
LNL-500=3.120
LNL-1000=3.120
LNL-2000=3.120
LNL-2220=1.118
LNL-2210=1.118
LNL-3300=1.118
LNL-NGP=1.01.116

This file can be found in the Windows directory.

If the current firmware of an ISC is less than what is listed in LnlFwVersions.ini, Alarm Monitoring shows the firmware as Not Current.
