Why are the [Add] and [Delete] buttons disabled on the Timezone/Reader Modes tab in System Administration?
To add a timezone/reader mode, click [Modify], then select the desired reader, timezone, and start and end reader modes, then click [Assign].
To delete a timezone/reader mode, click [Modify], then select the desired timezone/reader mode and click [Remove].
