On a 32-bit Operating System:

C:\ProgramData\Lnl

C:\ProgramData\Flexnet*
C:\Program Files\OnGuard
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Lenel
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Lenel Shared (OnGuard 6.5 and later only)
C:\Program Files\Common Files\OnSSI

On a 64-bit Operating System:

C:\ProgramData\Lenel
C:\ProgramData\Lnl
C:\ProgramData\Flexnet*

C:\Program Files (x86)\OnGuard
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Lenel
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Lenel Shared (OnGuard 6.5 and later only)
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\OnSSI

On Server 2003 and Windows XP systems:

C:\Documents and Settings\Application Data\All Users\Lenel

Note: All subfolders inside the above directories also need to be excluded.  Refer to the product manual for your anti-virus solution to ensure the necessary exemptions are made.
