What does a status of N/A mean next to the Microsoft Patch version on the website?
Answer
N/A means it is not applicable to an OnGuard system, and therefore Lenel does not test it. We cannot say whether or not it is safe to apply. A good example is a security patch affecting Microsoft Office. Customers should not have Office installed on their OnGuard security system, so we do not test it.
