Symptom

The following error shows when launching System Administration:

The application has failed to start because its Previous KeywordsideNext Keyword-Previous KeywordbyNext Keyword-Previous KeywordsideNext Keyword configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail.

Resolution

Reinstall C++.
The file is located in the OnGuard Installation DVD, \Temp\VCPP9Runtime.
