Symptom
The following error occurs in System Administration when attempting to add a new segment:
"ORA-04091: table LENEL.SEGMENT_GROUP_MEMBER is mutating, trigger/function may not see it
ORA-06512: at "LENEL.SEGMENT1", line 6
ORA-04088: error during execution of trigger 'LENEL.SEGMENT1'"
1) For Oracle 10.2.0.2 users only: In the Oracle ODBC Driver Configuration window, select the Enable Closing Cursors check box.
2) The better solution is to upgrade the Oracle clients to 10.2.0.3 with the correct patch set. That patch set is p5699495_10203_WINNT. This will remove the need to select Enable Closing Cursors.

Resolution
To resolve this issue, do one of the following options:1) For Oracle 10.2.0.2 users only: In the Oracle ODBC Driver Configuration window, select the Enable Closing Cursors check box.
