NGP keypad reader will not arm area and keypad displays ''Can't Arm U''

Symptom

NGP keypad reader will not arm area and keypad displays "Can'tArmU." Nothing is shown in Alarm Monitoring. 

Resolution

The Linked access control reader is in a reader mode that does not support just a card read. Modify the reader mode to something other than "Card and Pin."
