Symptom
I have a battery attached to my NGP panel and it does not appear to be charging properly.
Resolution
The NGP panel will only attempt to maintain the battery charge when the battery voltage is above 6 V. Once the battery drops to 6 V or lower, the NGP panel will no longer attempt to charge the battery.
If you connect a battery with a charge of 6 V or less, the NGP panel will not charge the battery.
It is recommended that you charge the battery to a proper voltage before attaching it to the NGP panel.
