If a customer purchases a full version of Crystal Reports and wants to install it on the computer that runs OnGuard, will there be any issues?
Detailed Description
The full version of Crystal Reports must be compatible with the installed version of OnGuard. If the version is not compatible, the OnGuard reports will break.
If the version is compatible, the customer will use the OnGuard interface for report reading and Crystal Reports for customizing.
Customers can find the version of Crystal Reports compatible with their version of OnGuard in the OnGuard Release Notes, under "Supported Third Party Components".
