Symptom
Events description column data from Event table is not published in the reports such as “Access Denials, Grants and Other Badge Events” report.
Resolution
Remove DYSYS package from Oracle 12. The DVSYS package is an additional database vault security and auditing package which is installed by default in Oracle 12.
